Brooke: Welcome to my blog! I am a Christian who prioritizes serving God, loving my husband and our one year old daughter Elinor, and homemaking. I hope to write about topics pertaining to my stage of life. If they interest or encourage me, perhaps they will do the same for you.

Romans 15:13

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.

Roses of Heaven by Brooke Budewig

Gather together roses-

for you to hold in your hand.

When you join together with Me,

as the bride I've longed to keep.

Gather together roses-

the young ones and the old ones.

The ones you consider ugly,

and the ones you consider dear.

Gather together roses-

to be in the bridal procession.

Celebration will be held that day,

and hearts will be alive with joy.

Gather together roses-

to be in heaven with us.

Oh, our beloved will join us

as we walk to eternity.
